If the puppy comes from another country
This breeder is based in Austria. To travel, the puppy needs an EU pet passport, a microchip and a rabies vaccination that may only be given from 12 weeks of age, followed by a 21-day waiting period. A puppy can therefore travel at about 15 weeks at the earliest — the breeder issues the paperwork.
