Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) is an inherited disorder of the nervous system where the communication between the brain and the muscles temporarily breaks down during intense physical activity or high excitement. This neurological failure prevents the muscles from receiving the signals they need to function properly, causing a sudden loss of motor control. It is inherited in an autosomal-recessive manner, meaning a dog must inherit the mutated gene from both parents to be affected.

Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis (HNPK) is an inherited skin disorder that affects the nose. It is caused by a genetic defect that disrupts keratinization, which is the natural process where skin cells mature and form a protective, moisture-retaining outer layer. Without this barrier, the skin on the nose becomes extremely dry, thick, and prone to damage.

Centronuclear myopathy 2, also known as IMGD, is an inherited muscle disorder caused by a genetic defect in the BIN1 gene. This mutation disrupts the normal structure of muscle fibers, which are the microscopic building blocks of skeletal muscles. Because these fibers cannot contract properly, the dog's muscles progressively weaken and waste away.

Skeletal Dysplasia 2 (SD2) is an inherited bone growth disorder affecting the skeletal system. It causes a mild form of disproportionate dwarfism, where the long bones of the legs do not grow to their normal length. The torso and head develop normally, resulting in a slightly uneven body shape.
